1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Hooked With Soul — Boyana Hristova ("Seller") and users ("Buyer") of the website hookedwithsoul.com. By using the site and/or making a purchase, you accept these terms.
2. Orders
All products on the site are handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, and texture — this is part of their uniqueness. Product availability depends on current production. Orders are processed after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards. Prices may be changed without prior notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Shipping
Shipping is carried out via courier service. Delivery times depend on location and are specified at checkout. Free shipping for orders over €50. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs authorities.
5. Returns and Complaints
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection law. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To request a return, contact us at info@hookedwithsoul.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for defective products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
6. Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, texts, patterns, and videos on the site are the property of Hooked With Soul — Boyana Hristova and are protected by copyright law. Copying, distribution, or use of materials without explicit written consent is not permitted. Purchased PDF patterns are for personal use and may not be resold or shared.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hooked With Soul is not liable for: indirect or consequential damages; data loss; site interruptions due to technical reasons or maintenance. Products are intended for decorative use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
